When I started with Meg and Robyn I was 18 months post partum and still weighed the same as the day I brought my daughter home from the hospital. It wasn't for lack of trying though! The phases were important to me because they gave me important food boundaries that were easy to follow. I can honestly say that I am just as excited about how I feel as I am about losing weight. For me, the game changer is the accountability piece. There were times were I wanted to cheat (like I always had before) but knew I would I have to log it and be accountable for it. This forced me to be mindful about what I was eating. This program has changed my relationship with food entirely.
