The REAL Phases
Our REAL Transformation is an accountability program designed to kickstart weight loss and bring your body to a state of optimum health. Though certain foods are avoided, we provide plenty of variety to make sure the food you eat is delicious and interesting. We don’t believe in feeling hungry or deprived!
By starting off simply and adding in foods throughout the program, we are able to see how your body responds and adjust accordingly. You'll learn which food groups serve you and make you feel your absolute best.
Our program is 100% virtual—exclusively over text and email, seven days a week. You can work with us anytime, from anywhere. It’s like having your own personal health coach right in your pocket!
Detox, kickstart and reset. During this dramatic 10 day period, you will eliminate all the usual suspects that sludge up our systems ultimately leading to digestive issues, inflammation, weight gain and other ailments. Kick start weight loss, break the cycle of unhealthy cravings and fuel your body with healthful, wholesome foods that nourish you from the inside out.
28 DAYS (10 week program) or 18 DAYS (28 day program)
Now that your body is clear of processed foods and unhealthy cravings, we begin to integrate more food options. In the next portion of the program, we also teach you how to navigate dining out, travel and social situations, as you work towards your weight loss goals.
In the final weight-loss phase of the program, we continue to layer in additional foods and provide many healthy new recipes for you to try. By slowly re-introducing certain foods into your diet, we can observe how your body responds, and help you learn to recognize and listen to these signs. We will make any necessary adjustments or modifications based on your unique bio-individuality to ensure you stay on track to reach your weight loss and wellness goals.
