Megan pursued her passion for wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition . In addition to becoming certified in Holistic Nutrition through IIN, she is also an accredited Health and Wellness Consultant with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Megan lives in Chatham, New Jersey with her husband and three young daughters.

Robyn completed her training in 2014 through the Co-Active Training Institute, and coached clients on negative behavior elimination and goal development. Robyn furthered her focus into physical wellness coaching with a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. In her free time she enjoys outdoor running and studying Italian. Robyn lives with her husband and children in Summit, New Jersey.
Wellness Accountability Coach
Tiffany completed the Sugar Snap Shift program in 2019. The results were dramatic. She lost weight, elevated her mood, improved her digestion and slept better. Having completed the program and maintained her results, Tiffany is able to empathize and support clients in their wellness journey. Tiffany obtained her Certificate in Nutrition from the Stanford Center for Health Education and is currently furthering her studies in plant based cooking. In her free time she enjoys Zumba, reading and spending time with family and friends
