TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF!

I am a corporate Retail Executive, from Chicago originally.  Wife and Mom of two kids! I am busy and work in the city four times a week and often have work travel and events. I love to exercise and really stick to my schedule and prioritize this part of my routine.

FAVORITE ON PLAN MEAL OR SNACK

Apples with almond butter, cinnamon and drizzle of Choc Zero honey. I LOVE making Asian flavored stir frys and “rice” bowls with lots of add ons like chili crisp drizzle, kimchi, sesame seeds and sriracha.

HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT SSS?

My trainer, Delon Nelson. I recall him saying “if you’re really serious and will commit to it fully, you’ll see incredible results”

PRIOR TO WORKING WITH SSS WHAT WAS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY LIKE? HAD YOU TRIED OTHER PROGRAMS?

Yes, I have tried keto, Weight Watchers, Noom…lots of different ones! Always felt overwhelmed and lacked the confidence and mental drive - plus feeling deprived or low energy on them.

Because I love working and collaborating with people by nature and I felt part of a “team” and working towards my goals.

Weight loss, seeing my muscles (I weight train a LOT and losing the fat layer has really shown my fitness level), better energy & sleep.

WHAT PART OF THE JOURNEY WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT FOR YOU?

Pushing through plateaus when you’re doing everything “right”.

WHAT PART OF THE JOURNEY WAS THE EASIEST?

Working with the SSS team!

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR SOMEONE BEGINNING THE PROGRAM?

Be patient and kind to yourself. Don’t let minor setbacks derail you and don’t over obsess on the scale - make sure you’re looking at how clothes fit, how you feel etc
