This flavorful burger hits the spot when paired with a vegan dill sauce

Ingredients
1 lb organic ground chicken breast
1 shredded zucchini, lightly salted and allowed to rest, then squeeze out water
3 sliced scallions
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp dried dill
2 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp avocado oil (and extra for frying)
Directions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
Form into patties. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat, flipping once until cooked through
Serve with Trader Joe’s vegan dill dressing or Kite Hill brand vegan Tzaziki (1 tbsp)
